Le cours de karaté sénior accueil des pratiquants de tous niveaux, dès 50 ans, le cours étant adapté à chacun. On y travaille en toute sécurité, dans un esprit de convivialité, le karaté mais également la self-défense.
L’activité physique est adaptée à chacun. Elle permet de travailler la tonicité musculaire, l’équilibre, la coordination, le cardio-vasculaire, avec des exercices de gym douce.
Le karaté apporte également beaucoup pour la gestion du stress.
