Self-Défense/Nihon Tai Jitsu

Le Nihon-Tai Jitsu (Self Défense) est enseigné au dojo.

Il se caractérise par un ensemble de mouvements spécifiques de Karaté avec esquives, blocages et de judo avec des projections et des « clefs » de bras et de jambes, des étranglements…

La recherche de l’efficacité est primordiale, les situations réelles sont privilégiées. On travaille aussi les attaques avec couteau,  bâton et pistolet.

Les cours :

Ils sont donnés par Gérard THUBERT (CN 5ème dan de Nihon Tai-Jitsu, DEJEPS) et ont lieu :

  • le mercredi de 19h30 à 21h30

  • le samedi de 10h à 11h30

Ainsi que :

  • le vendredi, de 20h30 à 21h30, un cours libre pour préparer les passages de grades
